I didn’t create Celestial Healing Studio because I had everything figured out.

In many ways, I created it because I didn’t.

When I left a career that had been part of my identity for years, I found myself in a strange in-between space. I knew what I had left behind, but I didn’t yet know who I was without it — or exactly what I was building next.

That period changed the way I understand healing, identity and transformation.

I had already done a great deal of inner work. But eventually I realized there comes a point when understanding the past isn’t the same thing as creating a future.

At some point, the question changes.

It stops being “What happened to me?”

And becomes “What do I want now?”

That question has become central to the way I work.

Healing should lead somewhere.

I believe there is enormous value in understanding ourselves, tending to our wounds and releasing what we have carried.

But I don’t believe we are meant to spend our lives endlessly searching for the next thing that needs fixing.

There is a point when healing becomes integration.

When reflection becomes clarity.

When clarity becomes choice.

And when we begin looking forward instead of continually looking back.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what decision to make. It is to create a space where you can hear yourself more clearly, recognize what may be changing, and explore what comes next.

Sometimes that involves Reiki and energetic work. Sometimes intuition or astrology offers another perspective. And sometimes what is most valuable is simply having the space to look at your life differently.

Celestial Healing Studio grew alongside me.

The creative side of Celestial Healing Studio began during my own period of uncertainty.

I started creating Sun Catchers when I was still figuring out who I was outside of the life I had known. Making them gave me somewhere to create without needing to know exactly where everything was leading.

Over time, my fascination with astrology found its way into that work too, and the pieces became increasingly connected to the sky, planetary patterns and particular astrological moments.

They are still here because they are part of the story of Celestial Healing Studio — and part of mine.

Not everything we create needs to solve a problem.

Sometimes creating something beautiful is enough.

My background

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am a certified Usui Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki practitioner, and Cosmic Consciousness Reiki practitioner.

My psychology background and energetic training are different disciplines, and I respect that distinction. I don’t practice as a psychologist or therapist. Instead, my understanding of human behavior sits alongside my intuitive and energetic work and informs the way I listen, ask questions and hold space.

I work with clients online and in person from Banff, Alberta.

Where I am now

I no longer believe transformation has to mean constantly becoming someone new.

Sometimes it is much simpler.

It is recognizing that the person you were got you here — and allowing yourself to decide what the person you are now wants to do next.

You don’t need to have the whole path figured out.

Sometimes you just need enough clarity to see the next step.

The old chapter brought you here.

The next one is yours to create.
